Philosophy and Background

I have always believed in the body's natural ability to heal given the opportunity. Originally trained as a licensed massage practitioner in the state of Washington, I have gone on to study and practice other healing modalities such as EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, Reiki and others. I have been excited to discover and to be able to offer healing work that extends beyond the physical to connect the body, mind and spirit in wholeness. I think of myself as a facilitator rather than a healer, allowing, or setting the stage for whatever healing the universe in its perfection deems appropriate. I approach every session with full body presence knowing the power of being fully in the moment and feel honored to be part of your journey as you discover the fullness of who you are.
